My name is Frank Osterman. I’ve had a deep interest in health and fitness ever since I was 18 years old. Growing up, I’ve always been the skinny kid in school. I was spending the majority of my day wasting time surfing the web and playing video games. I was eating whatever I could find in front of me and I wasn’t really active.

As time went on, I started gaining weight and by the time my 18th birthday came around, I had gained over 20lbs within a few months. I was feeling sluggish and tired all the time and I knew that I needed to make a change. Few days after my 18th birthday, I got a membership in my local gym and I started going there on a weekly basis. I got hooked right from the beginning. I loved the feeling of fulfilment I got after an intense workout session and

I started doing research on how to build muscle, lose fat and how to work out correctly. I started reading books and listened to podcasts to educate myself on nutrition, working out and motivation.

I created “The Strength Quest” to research and review gadgets and equipment to work out more effectively, books on health and fitness and also give you tips and advice on how to work out at home, how to stick to a diet and work out program and much more.
